Role Description
This is a contract remote role for a Field Engineer at CBCS Custom Networks Inc. & Award Networks USA, Inc. The Field Engineer will be responsible for troubleshooting, communication, field service, technical support, and project management on a day-to-day basis. At Award Networks you will need Video skills to join this division of our company.
Qualifications
- Troubleshooting and Technical Support skills - Mandatory
- Communication and Project Management skills - A Major Plus
- Experience in Field Service - Mandatory
- Ability to work independently and remotely - Mandatory
- Strong problem-solving skills - Mandatory
- Excellent time management and organizational skills - Mandatory
- Experience in network infrastructure and IT systems is a plus - A Major Plus
- Associates/bachelor's degree in information technology, Computer Science, or related field - Mandatory
- AI skills should have understanding of creation and implementation - A Major Plus
- Quantum Computing skills are now a minimum requirement but will not disqualify you. - A Nice Have
